Prior to American Express he was busy getting his M.B.A from NYU Stern and in a past life was an account manager at an ad agency. Claudio is a born and raised New Yorker who loves eating out, snowboarding and the New York Jets.
Patrick is a Public Affairs / Communications manager supporting Serve. He has a background in politics where he focused on rapid response and social media to increase awareness. He has worked at a top PR agency in Manhattan with hands in a range of industries including BtoB, Energy, Emerging Technology, Consumer Technology, and Education.

Dan Schulman joined American Express in August 2010 and is responsible for the company’s global strategy to expand alternative mobile and online payment services, form new partnerships and build revenue streams beyond the traditional card and travel businesses. He is also responsible for the company’s Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions unit, as well as Revolution Money, the online payments business acquired 2 years ago, and the Global Prepaid business.
Jason (although everyone calls him "Madho") leads the Developer Product and Community for Serve, American Express digital payments platform. Prior to American Express, he held various product and brand marketing roles at Nokia, Disney, Omnicom, ElectricArtists (a boutique agency), and Capitol Records. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, soccer ball, 3 bikes and skateboard.
Charlotte Fuller joined American Express after spending four years as a communications manager at PayPal, the payments arm of eBay. Prior to that, Charlotte was an Account Executive at Access Communications in San Francisco, a mid-size Public Relations Agency focused on technology. Charlotte graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Communications and Marketing.
