The Serve Mobile App: It’s only getting better!
We’re excited to announce several new enhancements to our iPhone and Android apps. Here’s a quick rundown of some of the updates you’ll notice in the Serve mobile app:
*Simple reset for password and security question: Have you ever forgotten your password or the answer to your security question? It happens to the best of us.
Before you needed customer service to get your password, but now it’s totally self-service. Just click Forgot Your Password? On the login screen. You’ll be prompted to verify your email address and receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
It’s the same process to reset your security answer, so if you happen to forget the name of your childhood pet –– it’s easy to recover your answer.
*Pull to Refresh: Pull to refresh is just about the easiest user experience out there (thanks Apple). It’s clear with all the platforms that have adopted it –– Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. So we’ve incorporated it in transaction history.
*Auto-load of past transactions: Now you can see your ten most recent transactions and pull down to load the next ten, and so on. This makes it easy to manage your money on the go.
*Login Screen: We love improving the user experience of our product, but it has to look good too! Check out the updated logo on our splash screen and the transition to our Log In screen. You’ll also notice some nice transitions –– click into the email or password field and they’ll shift above the keyboard line so you can always see what you’re typing and the Log In button.
We are constantly looking for new ways to improve the overall performance of the app to ensure we are delivering a top-notch customer experience.
